They (ROYAL MAIL, Wolverhampton) have all been on a strike since Friday 10th October and its going to take upto a week to get rid of the backlog so some of us guys may not get the game until sometime next week

I've ordered from Amazon and i was wondering whether they do actually get it before the release date and will send it to me. On the other thread someone said that the information you get on the order is probably wrong because the release date changed so many times.

"Play" is shit. I preordered lathursday but my card was declined so i ordered again on friday. Since yesterday its been "packing" therefor i cant cancel the bastard. I hope they post it tommorow then ibe lucky if i get it for friday.

You might wanna phone your local Royal Mail office in Cannock as my mate at W'ton sorting office said a lot of the back log got sent there last night, I receieved my PES3 and Xport in this mornings post so If im right mine and yours were despatced to WE'ton sorting office at the same time

As someone said earlier, if you're after speed then go with www.gameplay.com Last year, I'd had mine ordered for about 3 months with them and it was due for release on the friday. My mate broke his leg on weds and phoned gameplay from the hospital (!) on Wednesday night. Both mine and his arrived on THURSDAY MORNING. I couldn't belive it. He ordered it Weds night and it came the next morning!

Drawbacks are it is more expensive. 1st class post costs £1 extra, and the game itself is already £5 more expensive than www.play.com I'm not sure I could justify spending £6 for the game to arrive one day earlier. I've personally gone with Play.
