play PES5 in the USA Question

Hey WE/PES fans, because i live in the USA the game is only gonna come out here next year, which sucks!!! anyway im thinking of ordering an original from europe..my question is, will i be able to play a PAL game using swap magic on my ps2...and will i be able to play online?

well anyways, honestly im not sure what magic swap is but if your ps2 is modded you should be able to play it, but ive heard people who modded their ps2 but can't play online

yah the pitching whas horrible, there was not a single pitcher to do a good job like last year!!
well, ive been playing a backup of the japonese version of WE9 for a while, it works fine...of course i cant go online with a backup.
i was thinking that with an original game i would be able to play. as far as i know with original games ,the swap magic just skips the regional settings..so i can play a pal in a ntsc system...i just dont know if i will be able to play online...if anyone knows anything about this please tell me. so i can order the game or not!!!

ok i just read this in a forum
DNAS
a) DNAS games will ONLY play from original disks
b) DNAS games will only play on the correct region console..ie NTSC games need a US console
c) DNAS doesnt detect mod chips (well not messiah 1 ,2 or DMS3..i cant speak 4 others)
is this true?
this means DNAS wont let me play pal games online cause i have a ntsc console right?

you will be able to play the european pal gme mate, dont worry, i was in that situation before..

All I know is that using the original pes5 promo disk, I couldn't get past the dnas on my modded ps2.

If swap magic doesn't work, get one of those Pal to NTSC Connectors or something like that.
