Does any one know if a players consistency and condition levels change automatically or do you have to go into edit mode and change the levels yourself so players like Maldini who are on 8 if they get injured the levels change ?

Assuming you mean master league, I don't think a players consistency or condition levels change over the course of his career (although I guess in some cases it should).
Why would you want to change Maldini from an 8 anyways? If you lower it, then he is even more likely to get injured.

You are missing the point i'm not saying change it i'm saying does it change in normal leagues or friendly matches NOT in master league thats all no big deal
