Player Call names

Why does KONAMI forget to include such a great footballer`s call name:
CESC FABREGAS
It baffles me ! Is it a kinnda licence issue or what?
While "Al hadj Diouf"`s call name is presented in two (three?!) types, the Captain of Arsenal FC has no call name in PES 2010 nor even in PES 2009 !:no:

It's because it's not a big deal. It doesn't matter. They are hardly ever said by the commentators anyway...

yup...its just a small problem. but i never notice that. well i dont play arsenal.

Yeah im sure he did have commentary originally but it got removed after one of the DLC's along with Henry. As the other have said its such a minor proble as the commentators are too busy waffling on to call names
