player collapsing?

here is another thing that happened during on of my games. It was in the 2nd half of a game and one of my guys just fell to his knees. He tried to get up but he just fell back down. He just layed their until the play stopped. He didnt get hit or anything. I dont know if he was just exhausted. This has only happened to me once. Has this happened to anyone else?

ye thats when a player gets injured without a foul and the green ! comes up in the corner
