Player Creation Centre?

I thought of this when i was mod...I think we should scrap the 'player requests' section and just leave the sub-sections for the diffrent countrys there, With a 'player requests' section with in that, Alot of ppl request in the league they want the players for (eg.Beckham apperance in La Liga section) which is wrong..so by putting a requests section within the league sub-sections ppl will clearly post in the right place

but the idea is that people will know when the request has been answered.

if people post in the wrong place moderators should sort it out
