A simple idea, more of a rule, if you like.
When people request players, it would make a lot of sense to always post a picture of the player along with the request. This (a) makes the person requesting seem more helpful, and (b) saves the usual "post a pic and I'll see what I can do" portion of replies.
If you post a picture with your request, I guarantee there will be a much quicker reply, as I, for one, am more likely to stick my PES3 on and do it as I read your request.
I suspect a lot of people are put off by the fact that to make someone a player they'd have to find a picture, then fuss about with the details in PES3.
Remember who's doing who the favour after all. I don't know if it's just me, but someone who tries to make life easier for the potential creator of the player gets a lot more time from me than the person who just says "Someone make this person for me, now."
