How does it work? I bought Gündogan, age 19, the Scout says it should have a bright future ahead, but his stats are decreasing every week. What's going on? How does the system work?

It's kinda random. Some players will have their skills decrase, some wont have that.. Kinda stupid, thought.

I know, but he even decreases when playing!
