Player names above CPU heads

Just downloaded the new patch & it's supposed to allow you to switch off the player names above the heads of CPU players but I can't find the option anywhere, anybody have any ideas of how to get rid of them.

I have not seen one answer to this yet on ANY FORUM.

Do me favour, if no one answers this, someone put this in the Feedback forum, because I think Konami might have to release ANOTHER patch to tidy this one up, there is another potential issue im concerned with also.

Yeah, this is really annoying cos on the Facebook thread it definitely states that you can remove the names after downloading the new patch & I don't think you can. I know from the amount of threads about this that it annoys so many people as the names at times actually obstruct the view of the ball. How hard can it be to simply let players remove them & why did they put them on in the first place, earlier versions didn't have them.

for me overhead-names for cpu's are gone...
i have turned off the cursor-name for my controller and since patch cpu names are also gone when i have this option enabled!

no specific new option if you are searching for it! just turn off cursor for your controller and you will be fine

Your right, but in all honesty, thats a bit of lazy fix isnt it.

Couldnt they just give you an option to turn off CPU display names, therefore meaning you could display your names, but switch off the CPU's?

Maybe im being a bit too harsh there.

Anyways, the mystery is solved.

I can get rid of the names now but as you say it's only when you select the NONE option, unfortunately this doesn't help me cos I like to select the (!) option so I can see which player i'm controlling - looks like i'm stuck with the CPU names still.
