Just been playing my first season and notice some players (young) states goes down. Is this due the the coach level I have?

No, some players have their states drop, then when they get to certain age, they start raising.

Thank you. That's the problem with my new signing Kraslavik. Hope it's only for a season or 2 since there's no point to play him when he's not getting better apart from team work..
