playing online

i have jus connected my internet to the ps3 and i couldnt wait to start gaming online when i realised a regestration code was needed to play online i had thrown the booklet away, unaware it had the code on it, as i spilt orange juice on it. is there any way to get a new regestration card as i do not want to pay another 45 pound for the game.

any help would be much appreciated
