Does anyone else have carpal tunnel-like pains in their finger joints, hands, etc from the we/pes/analog controller experience?

I sometimes hurt myself if I fall off the chair I'm sitting on whilst playing PES3.

Never landed on my fingers, though.

Funny you say that, just last night I was standing up playin' the game, I went to sit down, and missed the centre of the chair, hence falling off it and hitting my head on the wall behind it.
I was in pain for about 1 minute afterwards.

All that happens to me is my thumb gets a twinge and I just stop playing (I mean try) and wiat 10 min. Sometime it lasts for like a couple of hours, but thats after like 3-4 hours constant play.

carpal tunnel-like

i dont think ive got it or anything, but carpal tunnel is an affliction of the joints, esp in the wrist, from all the light but repetitive impact your finger/wrist joints receive from clicking/moving a mouse, pressing buttons etc or i suppose, slamming the analog stick in an opposite direction over and over in a video game

The only ever pain I get is that when I lean on my arm for too long! and I get a dead arm which is annoying as its my most comfortable position for playing maybe i should alter this position as it could cause me a bit of long term damage maybe i should change this!!!

I get the cold fingers thing, but I'm pretty sure that's just bad circulation. After doing some exercise for a few days I don't get it for a long time.
