To be honest If I could get a complete option file that is compatible with V1.0 i will play with it untill PES 2013 comes out. I thoroughly enjoy v1.0, more the the update.

Not worth it -keepers are still stupid and shooting feels floaty and you can't play online. Also patch 1.00 felt very easy

First of all, I have to know in which platform you play. If it's PS3, I can only feel sorry for you. If it's PC, then patch 1.02 is definitely the way to go.
Doesn't improve the retarded GK's much, though. They're still crap.
