Shit line up? This won't be out till teh end of the year so expect a huge number of games to be announced between then an now.

The touch panel is for more gaming control input. So you have, face buttons, shoulder buttons, touch screen, touch panel and accelerometer.

I myself think this is an awesome looking handheld, but it needs software exclusives to differentiate it from the PS3 and not just be a protable version of the home console game.

I Knew I shouldn't have dropped money on my 3DS pre-order until the Sony press conference. I reserved my 3DS the day before =/

I'm gonna save with a £300 launch in mind.

Sony have probably looked at the iphone and seen it selling for nearly £500 without a contract, and people still buy them. With the tech in mind, they'd be justified at charging that, but Sony are well known for selling hardware at a loss, so they could well shock us.

More than the cost of an all singing and dancing PS3, or 2 asthmatic Xboxes... steep price for a handheld really. Glad they have included two analogue sticks, though doubtful I'd upgraded my (now barely used) PSP for one of these.

I cannot wait for this machine. Feb 28th rumoured release date with a price point just north of £200. Final Fantasy X hD re-release around launch too by all accounts.

More than enough to get me to put down some cash.
