please help..just a quick question

I am a big pes fan, and have been since back in the day ps1, i have just bought pes 2008, love the game love the gameplay but the editing mode compared to reviews i have read about the game are poor. There is no option to edit boots apart from one basic style and colours, which is very poor compared to the last, plus there are no real boots ie, adidas nike and so on, and there is only about 12 different hairstyles on it..is there something i can do to solve this poblem???

Every review i have read so far have said that the editing is the best so far...and i dont see it!!!!

One last thing..whilst i was waiting for pro evo to be released i bought fifa..and it was the worst gameplay i have seen on it so far.....absolutly RUBBISH!!!!

I too thought it was a shoddy thing to do on Konami's part, getting rid of half the editing features so PS2 users can't keep the game up to date, meaning they will have to eventually buy a PS3. Last time out we had hundreds of hairstyles to choose from, now they seem to have reduced it down to the generic ones that have been floating around PES since the beggining. Does anyone know if there is a way around this? I want to change some players into good likenesses and all i get are 'buzz cut' or the 'Taribo West' special haircut from PES 4 or 5. Call me sad but I, like many, feel the look of the game is important too, hence the popularity of the option files. Does this mean those talented, hard working guys out there who make our PES (and lives) better can't edit it to the standard as days gone by, due to Konami's disgraceful lack of loyalty and respect to it's previous customers. Oh well. I'm off to ebay to find a cheap Amiga and a copy of SWOS.

toh yh by the way the only reason why theres so little hairstyles is because you have to buy a lot of them in the pes shop under gallery
