PLease can some be a star and register me a user ID for PES 6 on PS2

when i get to the user registration i get the error 'communication error'
i got this last year, and all it took was for some decent person from the forums to create a user ID and password for me, then It was sorted.

Please please please could some one spare 2 minutes of there time to set me one up.
