the recommended specs are pentium 4, 1.4ghz processor, 256 ram, and directX 8.1

i have pentium 4, 2.8ghz, 1.5gb ram and direct x 9 yet i can only have it on low quality otherwise the game is so slow and choppy- players move a bit every second....

how the hell are people being able to play this game smoothly with no problems! my specs are amazing and i still have problems!

not sure if this will help posted it to someone else but never found out if it worked mine was slow and choppy till I changed the refresh rate to 60hz on my system properties
