I inerted West Ham kits into my game, but i get green bits, how can i get rid of this (steps please as im new)

After you´ve invert the transparency in Pic Decoder go to the same window, then click on the collar (I suppose the green parts are on the collar) and move the slide bar from 0 to 128. Should help. Haven´t imported kits for a long time now though.

I dont use that at all, i do it in wemodcentre.

You should try it, its real easy to set the collars right!
