i have pes5 and 6 on pc but am dying to patch it and have tried it so many times but to know avail

Patching PES on PC is very straight forward. Simply follow the instructions.

believe me mate i have tried i have the iso file sorted but dont know how to get ppf patches as required

Each patch comes with specific instructions. Follow them. It is a doddle.
