I was looking at how to create rooney and van nistlerooy and it showed that rooney was better. Is this true

...er not quite sure what you mean! What showed Rooney was better? The default stats clearly show V.N is far better over all than W.R. Plus there's no need to create W.R as he's already in the England squad!
However, Rooney's stats do seem a little low in some areas; like Balance & overall pace.
