.png files are picture files and .ppf is a file that patches the Ps2 version of the game. (I think)

You are right marrison89. The pngs he has are probably picture files of balls and kits etc that need to be manually inserted into the O_TEXT.AFS using Graphic Studio or similar program. A ppf file is a patch containing (usually) hundreds of changes to the games graphics.

I recommend downloading jonboyos patch if you are using PES4 on PS2 or one of the wolfs payches if you are using the PC version. Then just personalise it by inserting your new bmps/pngs.
