My players are nearly always on blue or purple form for matches. Why is this and how do I improve it?

What level are your Coach and Fitness trainer? maybe they are really low? When you put players on the transfer list they tend to lose form, are all your players transfer lsited?

They are low, only level 1, however I did not have this problem with form in the first season. Could it be because I havnt accepted offers for players from better teams?

Well if some players have purple arrow for several weeks, it might be an idea to check if he's broken hearted and wants to transfer, yes. ("My team" - then select the player)

yeh i have it with giggs he is brokenhearted and is always on purple

but some players just have a few games where they are bad form. ie i think for the space of 3 games owen went from blue to purple to blue and then went back to normal

Giggs sometimes get a purple arrow but i ususaly play him or bring him on as a CM or a SS or sometimes LM. Kuszczak is the lateset player to hate the club
