Completed it last night. Loved it. Simmons does a great job, but Merchant is incredible. Some of the best and wittiest dialogue I've ever seen in a video game. The ending is joyous.

Was surprised when I didn't see any pneumatic diversity vents after seeing videos of them but apparently were pulled for being too similar to the excursion funnels. Hopefully will see them in the FREE dlc. Didn't see anything quite as mental as the videos I put in post #4 either.

Simmons and Merchant were both terrific. I wasn't sure how Merchant would work in this sort of game but he was perfect. You can clearly see that a lot of time and effort was put into the dialogue. The levels weren't particularly difficult and the game as a whole wasn't too long but I would've probably made it last longer if I had the co-op to be playing.

The singing turrets at the end. :lmao:

There was so much more dialogue than I expected. I kept leaving the tests and just listened to Merchant as he just chatted on and on.

Did seem pretty easy for the most part. I think chapter 6(?) was the hardest, around the introduction of Cave Johnson. The areas were pretty huge and I was trying to portal to the wrong places. Great feeling when it dawns upon you what to do.

After I completed, I instantly reloaded the final bit where you fire the portal at the moon. Was insane.

That space core :lmao:

Lol at Wheatley's first test. What a dunce. Some of the Cave Johnson ones were a bit tricky; getting used to where you need the different gels to go and such was a nightmare at first but you get used to it after a few tests. The turrets are always a bit annoying too, although there were some great levels towards the end where you could make them bounce all over the shop using the gel.

It's one of those games where you feel really smart once you work out how to do the levels, a real satisfying feeling.

Who would've known the moon had portal gel on it?!

That core floating in space was hilarious. Still can't believe GlaDOS was put into a potato.

*slow clap processor*

I kept laughing at the turrets when you're swapping them around, especially the defective ones.

I think Cave Johnson said something about moon rock in one of his speeches. So I guess the materials have the same properties or something.
