personally i use no more than 3 defenders, so 3-4-3 is my best formation, 3 strong and fast defenders, with quite a good number of MFs, 2 wings and a striker, dont forget that my wings can score too

it depends on who they play as if they have 3 up front i will play with a 4-4-2 dimond if they have 2 up front will play 3-5-2 with the diffenders well back

I play four across the back with advanced wingbacks. I play a staggered two man defensive midfield with one player playing a little more forward and given the oppurtunity to make runs. Then I play with 3 AM/F in the forward zone. One central AM/F[usually Rosicky on my ML team], with two wide wingers. Then a lone forward. It plays a lot like a 2-3-1-3-1, and it's all about wing play.

playing humans is soooo much different than playing CPU. so i really use wired formations against them.

if i type it here, it would seem to 'ordinary', i got a clip from GFK's movie thread, and i somehow play the similar formations as them:

At the moment Im experimenting with 3 at the back which has worked well against human opponents so far but i havent tried it against a 3 up front formation!

When ever i play my mates they always play very attacking wingers therefore it forces me to play FB's so im limited to the following, i concentrate all my attacking through the centre and right flank and 90% of the time as my RW is so far wide and forward he is free to get in the area and either drill is across for a tap in or cut it back for the striker to side foot an easy goal.

your formation is wrong mate. you have an extra player on there.

I almost use the exact same formation for when I play with Inter Milan, the only difference is that in mine formation the left midfielder is just a little closer to the center.

I use different formations for different teams but the one above is my favourite.

I always find that if you use the 4-4-2 diamond (I think it is 4-4-2A on PES4) its pretty good, you can then change the players attacking stance and get 6 players around the box when attacking. It is also very good if you like to counter attack.
