It's 24.99 in GAME when you trade in certain game.
I had a similiar plan with cod waw, asda selling brand new at 27 quid, I sold them to local game shop at 30, he sold them for 37, worked out igot the game for free and got abit more towards petrol from running round each asda, back on topic though, think it will be a 12 at night job at my local tesco, hoping next weeks papers have some sort of price adverts in
Yeah.
I went to Gamestation earlier today and they had Uncharted 2: Among Thieves for £9.99 if you trade in the new Need for Speed game on PS3.
My mate came up with a good idea though, we went to GAME and brought the new Need for Speed for £25 (Pre-Owned) and then went back to Gamestation and brought Uncharted 2 for £9.99 because we gave them the Need for Speed we just brought from Gamestation.
So basically I brought Uncharted2: Among Thieves for £35.00 instead of £42.99 which it was in Gamestation! What a brilliant idea eh?
BTW We got Need for Speed for £25 from GAME because it was pre-owned and has scatches all over the case and disc, it looked like a cat and been playing with it, but I still brought it and the guy at Gamestation didn't seem to mind and gave me Uncharted 2 for £9.99.
Genius idea by my mate Aaron :w00t

i actually, too, am planning to trade NFS Shift for PES! so a NFS worth around 30quid then??
BOUGHT, its BOUGHT! So many people online seem to say brought and i dont know why, heck my grammars not good online and i take shortcuts but thats just one that gets on my nerves! anyways it was a good idea if you can get a hold of one of the games cheap but generally they are new games and it doesnt work out too well really, i mean uncharted has just been released so if you was to trade that in for so much of PES you would be out of pocket and a game down for your money really, but like i say sometimes they do a good one. i think gamestation offered it for £15 or something if you took in PES2008 last year.
anyways online retailers use to be better for new releases on price but now the only appeal is getting the game a few days early because supermarkets prices seem to wipe the floor with dedicated game stores and online retailers. i mean £25 for FIFA at both Asda and Morrisons day of release, PES was £28 last year at Asda. These days i only go online for older games i fancy a trying and other bargains rather than preorders.
