Pro Evo 4 vs. Fifa 2005

HA! There is no competition here, Pro Evo wins 20-0 without any strikers! Its in a different class to fifa, no doubts there.
I know this thread probably has been posted before, but i dont have time to search through hundreds of pages!
I played Fifa 05 at a mates house, and actually laughed at it! Not only where the graphics terrible, the gameplay was shocking, no runs by the players nothing! I took a shot and wasnt sure if it would score, or miss by 10meters!
My mate won 4-0 but the keepers were terrible! If you thought Pro Evo keepers sucked, dont even try fifa! The ball hitting the back of the net sounds like a scrunched up piece of paper being thrown into a bin with a plastic bag!
The commentary is terrible, telling me ill have a shot with my defender from half way!
From screenshots, fifa looks fairly close to Pro Evo, but when the game is played, its like putting your old 486 computer together to play it! to be honest, i dont think graphics in gameplay for fifa has gone up too much in the last 3-4 years! the only noticable difference is between 2000 and 2005!! it's terrible, and i suggest no-one ever buy a FIfa game again. I know i never will!!

Thats exactly why we all play PES or WE.

It is a truly awful game, I think I played Fifa 04 twice before trading it in. I am never making that mistake again.

Agreed! I played Fifa aaaaaaaages ago before I was introduced to ISS

Fifa just plain old sucks now,granted i used to be into it from 97-03 but after i actually got PES3 for xmas i changed sides Ive always played ISS/PES but i never actually owned one until PES3 but im glad i changed over! REally looking forward to PES5 now

ISS pro in 1998, on playstation and been hook on eversince, never have liked fifa, but did own it on a 3DO console!! Remember those consoles. Fifa on the 3do was too easy you could score goals from the half way line. NOW THATS REALISM, and win 15-0 on expert, HA!

Fifa scrapes the bottom of the toilet bowl when it comes to realism and playablity.

EA need to take a leaf out of KONAMI's book and make a game thats playable and addictive, really who cares if EA have the FIFA pro lisence if its got a game that BLOWS CHUNKS!!!!!

What if someday fifa is better than pes in gameplay ? what would you do people ?

I love pes but I would be the first to change sides because I want realism in my soccer games thats simple but sharp.

So Konami better know this beacuse im think im not alone.

We are not Konami fansboys but PES fanboys and we are PES fanboys just because it is the best soccer game in the present that offers the best gameplay ever.

I hope and believe Konami will know how to stay always on the winning side.
