Pro Evo 5: What do you want in the next game?

Good news that Rangers are defo licensed as im a fan... although I feel teams like Rangers/Celtic/Galatasaray etc. are sooo underated in games.....in previous versions Konami havent even paid any attention to the players looks or anything.... angers me!

One thing that really annoys me now is that if you go to penalties you have to look the long way around to find peoples shooting accuracy etc - I think it would be much better if you see the important stats from the screen where you choose the order of the takers. Its not really a problem if you know your team but if you are using a strange team it can be a real pain.

I HATE the penalties in the game...as when I play my bro who is about the same as me at the game...most of our games go to ET then penalties and its so annoying because I hate ending the game that way as sometimes the penalties seem random...eg. if you press right+down on the D-Pad....sometimes itll hit it high or whatever.! Penalties need improving.....also i prefer the in-game penalty shoot out view instead of the penalty-shootout view.

Penalties are annoying granted but their unique compared to other games and i think thats a good thing! Say someone is shit at penalties and their playing someone who is the best, That person who is the best is not always guarateed to win and i find that a good thing!

As for entrance music you can always patch your game, on mine it plays the champions league muisc when the players enter the pitch.

Descent Button

Many times have i damaged a control pad in anger about a stupid descision by the referee which has cost me, so I would love to have a button to use after a whistle for a foul/offside etc to vent my rage at the referee to maybe influence the referees decision or, to get a yellow card rather than having to buy a new controller.

to be honest, i don't think many of the wishlists or suggestions in threads like these have been followed much by konami. If they were, then we'd be hearing about new features in the gameplay from the two guys who have played the beta version (which are only likely to have their coding checked, and not changed in any radical way). Course, i can't say for certain, but i feel like there won't be that much different or new in terms of gameplay in PES5 from PES4. And personally, i think that really sucks. I love the PES games, i'll defo end up getting PES5, but i'm disappointed that some of the great ideas in threads like this just aren't being implemented into PES5. Instead, we get some licenses for 3 English teams, snow and neck warmers (what i'd consider minor changes in the update sense, and not much of an "evolution" for a great soccer series at all)...

I see where your coming from but its all a big marketing ploy.

They could include loads of new things in PES5 but they wont, they will save a few for the next installment so we all go and buy that as well - therefore they make double the money.
