if no one has seen it there video of pes6 xbox360 on gametrailers.com.i dont know how people can say this is just a port if u look at the new images on the official xbox 360 mag site the last image with viera in u can see clearly the laces tied round his boots and the detail of the predators and it all looks a lot more sharp this is easily going to be the best pes yet and cant wait to get my hands on it

well said. IMO the reason why the game is not being released on the ps3 for a year is becuase if a console is not ready then how can developers make a game for the console in question. The game looks very impressive and i cant wait to get it, at first i was worried about playing the game on the 360 pad after being a playstation veteran but after using the 360 pad for 2 months now it feels very comfortable and iam sure it will work fine with pes.

it looks alright, graphics not brilliant. But then think back to pes1 and comparing it to pes6 it was shit. Konami will improve the graphics next time and then even more in the next version

I think pro evo 6 will have maybe more polished graphics, but..

The players still seems to have robotics movement.

As I seen from the video the annoyance of a defender running towards the his own goal after the opposition long pass, turns to face the ball just to see the ball passing above him, I hate that!!!

I realy hope that Konami were smart enough to remove the other annoying stuff, when trying to control the ball after a pass, there are times it takes ages or the ball just bounces of the player with 90 technique and more stuff like that.

And the most important thing as I play on PC is the responsiveness of the players, there are times that it takes the player few steps until he "understantds" that I wanted to break right, or wanted to shoot/pass/anything. I hate that too!!!

There are more urgent changes in the gameplay that has to be done than putting out a fancy show with all that bombastic next-gen graphics.

But hey, it's just my opinion.

yer, the bar running along the ground giving the goal its shape isn't joined, its just about 5 bars of about a metre with gaps running along the ground, a bit confusing i no but look at the 4th picture from this link and u wil see wat i mean...

i think your looking for an easy footie game if thats the case than fifa will be for you boys as pes is a mans game, all those things you say like ball boucing of a players leg is life like as adriano etc dont 100% trap the ball in real life now do they. and the defender thing you hate again is like real life, you be incontrol of that defender and you can intercept but let your a.i control it and the player will lose momentum 80% of the time.

You need to wake up as pro evo is far from perfect, very far.

I cant understand people like you, you are acting just like another fan-boy that never will never stop to protect his beloved child.

When you see the ball bounce from the players feet, does is seems all that natural? Most of the times the answer is no.
There are many cases that the player doesnt even trying to control the ball, and the ball bounces of him. In the real life a player would try to control the ball rather than just running near it and letting the ball bounce off him.
One more thing about the ball, most of the times after tackles the ball bounce to the sidelines or DIRECTLY to another player, but almost never to an open area.

About the defender example, you are very wrong, a player would run and turn his head towards the ball, or make an half turn, just to keep an eye on the ball and will not turn completely to loose all his momentum.

In the real life you dont see players standing near the ball and just staring at.

What about the wing-backs drift towards the middle of the defence? ahhhh, I see in FIFA that's not happening so maybe Ill go play FIFA.

What about the responsiveness? I understand that a player cant just pass the ball if the ball isnt near his feet, but three steps just to pass/shoot/change direction? too much, sorry.
maybe its only on the PC port, but hey PC players paying money too, right?

Once again, there are many other little annoyances that just successfully ruining the game flaw and fun.

Sorry if was too cynical, but I dont like being judged.

im not judging you mate im just saying if you like an easy game then play fifa, i love pro evo but im not a fan boy im just a fan tbh i will buy fifa aswell as pro evo but i prefer pes, you do see defenders just watching the bball in real footy i mean just take a look at gary nevile. the resposiveness is ok on the consoles, fifa were shit due to stupid glitches like scoring from halfway line n the goalie dooing stupid crap, but with fifa 07 they boast of a completly new game engine so who knows mabey fifa will copy pes in the free flowing fluid gameplay or a new aspect to football simulations. only time will tell

hello

I think the next-gen graphics has to present more innovation that we have already seen at videos so far. A lil light effects and a lil more details on the pitch and there seems no other progress on graphic issues. I think the big progress will be perfomed in PES7 for PS3, at least I hope so...

the geaphics for the 360 look fine to me as does the gameplay there are a lot of vids on youtube.com that have not been posted on this site take a look there still not hd quality yet but it still looks good i think we should leave judgement on wether or not it is next gen till we play it as for the true next gen being pes7 on ps3 it will be no different to the 360 version of pes7 they are not going do design 2 different games 1 for each console it will be the same.in fact i think u will find that they will copy the 360 version to ps3 as they will have had more time developing on that platform.

chrisius, playstation didnt start the this gr8 run of titles.i actuall had iss 4 the sega.i believe thats where it all started.ps3 aint out till at least march,despite it shud of been out already.i wont be waiting.pes is pes wether on xbox or ps.oh n ps p**s evry1 around,never have enuff stock wen released,there consoles i mean,in ps2 put faults in purposley,psp had many faults.i have got rid of my psp and i am in the process of gettin rid of my ps2 inc we10.i will get a more solid console once this sells,the xbox 360 and pes6 will be gr8.i aint wairin a year to pay over the top 4 a ps3 and pes7.be about £600 to get that bundle.daylight robbery when u can get a 360 4 ur serious games and a nintendo WII 4 the more fun multiplayer games and still have money left over 4 extras or games,opposed to get a ps3

phew,glad i got all that of my chest,hard to digest????
