pafait! question mate and it may seem silly, but u got yours from Japan correct? what is the issue over warranty and language on screen etc? i know u can play games from anywhere, but just wondered

The warranty is that if your machine gets broken then you will have to send it back to Japan. I bought mine from a reputable dealer from whom I have bought some stuff in the past. In terms of the language when you switch on your PSP for the first time you can set the language to be in English etc. I have Ridge Racer and it is mainly in English the bits that are in Japanesse such as saving games etc are accompanied by icons so it is pretty easy to understand. The voiceovers are all in English.

How about the size of the PSP? Is it still "portable" or do you think it's a bit too big?

I'm not really arsed about the PSP to be honest. I spend too much time playing games at home, so the last thing i need and want is a portable playstation to play even more games.

As others have said, i think it'd be smarter to save your money for a PS3 than on a gimmicky gadget that you are sure to bore of in the long run.
