Prob with fm2006

Ironically my first post isn't on the topic of pes but I have a major problem with Fm since i cannot register with the si community for reasons unknown.

I only just bought fm manager on friday but I cannot get it started up,i double click on the shortcut for fm i then the hard drive firing up then...nothing it doesnt even come on,somebody told me that if i delete a ''cache'' file that might clear it but im not sure where to find this file..

any tips????

it happened to me aswell, i opened up the editor then closed the editor then my game worked fine again
