Problem:- can only play quick matches...Y?!?!??

I'm having a problem
i can only select "quick match" in the online setting.

For some reason the "match lobby" is not an option for me so i can only select to play "quick matches"

how can this be? and how can i change this so i can access the lobby and play ppl i know in a room???

I've had this problem before. It's usually do to my internet having an "off week". Other times, if I load up PES when someone else in my house is already hogging the internet at the time, I'll get that message. My internet is pretty bad, I need it to be working at it's max capacity, with only me on it to be able to use the lobbies.
So I would advise that you turn off everying else in your room that uses the web, and restart your PS3. This works for me.

Also...the "port settings" option in the "system settings" is not there....

So u can now play in community and access the match lobbys??
