Problem loading Play.com PS2 to USB Convertor

Hi Guys,

Am having problems loading the above to my PC as want to play my new pes4 pc game. When double click setup.exe it starts loading but as soon as files load onto system32 it just stops.

I believe i know what the problem is but don't know how to fix it.

When I start up my computer I get this message:

Windows cannot find\system32\system.exe.

Can anybody shed any light on this and how i could fix this.

Do not spam - wait for a reply.

I have read that you do not need to install anything so try using the convertor as it is. I didn't receive any disks with my convertor from play.com and mine works fine.

Alot of USB devices are plug and play especially if you are using Windows XP, have you tried just using it?

sorry for spamming zyg.

I have tried to plug and play but still not working?

when added the convertor to the computer it said hardware installed and i thought yes here we go but still nothing?

Any other suggestions guys?

does it stop or does it just disappear? I was confused when installing mine cos the installation happened instananously(nearly) and the wee window just disappears. But it was installed ok.

same thing here, the installation happens in the blink of an eye. I haven't had any problems with mine, but have never had the rumble effect working, although when testing in windows game controllers this aspect works. However, in the game this is not evident.

But the converter does work, the installation is just confusing as its so simple!

PhilH930 - PES games never use the rumble effect, even on PS2.

Damo7 - have you tried playing the game using the ps2 controller?

Hi guys many thanks for all your advice. Unistalled it and just plugged and played again. Bravo the thing worked :) Think with the wolf 2005 its amazing. Only prob I have now is how fast it was to begin with compared to my ps2 version. My eyes were going funny. Now for some reason I get some games which are really slow movement???? Anyway cheers again!!!

Hey , excellent , theres a converter for ps2 controllers to pc , could anyone tell me were to find this in the uk ? I had a look on play.com becuz i seen it mentioned on this topic but could not find
