Problem with JAYZ12 OF v1

hi guys,
i recently downloaded the OF v1 that was included in the jayz123 pacthed and burn it on cd and copy it to my mem card,but anytime i played the game the commentary doesn't pronounce the players name,
i think it is something to do with the OF beacause hwen i take it off the name comes backs.So is this how it should happened or i didn't copy it propaly?
