Problem with The Wolf & AndyL -PES 3 pack

I got "The Wolf & AndyL -PES 3 pack", I've got everything to work except for the player names and transfers, i read the instructions and followed them I copied the file called "KONAMI-WIN32PES3OPT" and pasted it in my pes3 directory and i copied the exe. file but it still dosent, work could somebody please explain how to get it to work, cause i just don't get it!

if you have used the konami patches to date, do not use their exe.

you should be putting the KONAMI-WIN32PES3OPT file over the one that you have in the save directory, not in root PES3 directory.
