Anyone else get completely infuriated sometimes while playing Pro Evo?
Its a pretty perfect and addictive game, but where they've improved in some areas, they've gone completely backwards in others.

For example; the amount of fouls that go either unnoticed, or needlessly called, breaking the game up and not allowing it to flow. And for the amount of fouls, you'd think there'd be more cards given out.

Another example is when you put the game difficulty up, it doesn't get harder; it gets less fair. I'm sorry, but sometimes I wonder who in hell programmed the game, researched the game etc. It makes me wonder if the creators have any interest in football at all, or is it just money.
I've also wondered if, and who they asked in research for the new game. They must'nt be testing the game enough, or with the right people.

It disappoints me sometimes. Just wondered if anyone felt the same?

i agree with the fouls it also does my head in when you run passed a player and they go down and they get a free kick when you practically didnt touch them. i think they should just let the game go on instead of giving fouls every to seconds.

I think the fouls are pretty realistic. If you don't pound on tackle or 2nd man charge buttons and use them wisely, you don't get as many freekicks. And just like in real soccer, if you go in with no control, it'll be called. On the other hand, some calls seem wrong when it looks like you've got the ball and not the man.

Oh my goodness; praise to the guy who started a thread about issues with PES5 without framing it by saying it's the worst game of all time!

I agree about the fouling, it's a little over the top. Too many crappy fouls, which is a pain in the ass when you're through on goal. Even if you are able to avoid fouling, a lot of times when playing with friends it's best just to foul him, and it's easy to do without getting a card.

In the early times of PES, I think there was an option to adjust the
fouls. I think you could actually pick the ref. Maybe Im just going mad.

there is no place to change sliders or something like it ?
