I was ecstatic as I watched Manchester United lift the European cup against Bayern Munich. However, I can't help but say I find it funny now. Each team has ups and downs.. I'm a sodding saints fan, I should know.. but for all the shit Man. Utd. fans gave for so long.. to see Ferguson a broken man.. To not even gain a UEFA cup spot.. well. It had to happen, and hey, yeah. It's kind of funny.

I don't particularly hate them, you loon. I just don't support them. Smaller club fans are quite entitled to feel a little antipathy towards clubs which succeed on the back of money. It's the way it goes, and as I said, I was red through and through against bayern. But who cares about the treble? They don't hold it now. I'm happy to see the others progress, but I can;t help but have a wry smile that the tables have turned. Get the chip off your shoulder and accept that its football, you loon.

stop asking the same questions...."when the patch will be released? "...they are working for us....they need more time to fix any bugs or query...the patch will be released next week on 12th.

Man Utd is not Chelsea or Real Madrid, they haven't succeeded on the back of money. Utd uses their youth program more than you think, but yes they still have money and lets hope they buy some players in January. Make your jokes now, but that will all change.

Guess they are still finalising the patch... would appreciate it if they could fill us in on how complete (%) their work on the patch is. And also how big the file would be. Actually I am worrying for those 56k peeps out there.. from past experience, the patch would be erm huge....800+ mB i guess?

anyway, I just got an idea help these peeps out.. well, I am in aussieland, and well, if any aussie that doesnt have broadband and would like the patch, i guess i can help burn it for them (when it comes out). but u have to provide the postage fees and the disc. Well, I am not trying to make a quick buck or anything....I am not charging for any service... hope you guys don't get the wrong idea. But in the current days... who wouldn't have BB or a friend that does?

oh well.....:cool:

How to install ?
Please read this carefull, It is than it looks easier

Step 1:
Save/Rename your old 0_text to 1_text.afs and your 0_sound.afs to 1_sound.afs, the e_text to z_text.afs the e_sound to z_sound - now copy
all Original Files from the DVD to the /dat Folder the:
- e_text.afs
- 0_text.afs
- 0_sound.afs
- e_sound.afs
Note: Thats Step keep your setting if you want to play online with your default or modify Version of Pro Evolution. Again:You only need to do this steps if you want play online or keep your 0_text.afs edit by yourself

Step 2:
If you don´t have install DKZ Studio 0.90 (Version 3.11.05) Download from here and Install

Download DKZ Studio 0.90 (3.11.05)

Download DKZ Studio 0.90 (3.11.05) Mirror


Step 3:
Download the Files biggrin.gif at the Bottom of this Threads, extract the Files so you have this Files on your HD:
- Superpatch_0_text.dkz
- Superpatch_e_text.dkz (or other g,i,s,f for your motherlanguage)
- Superpatch_e_sound.dkz (or other g,i,s,f for your motherlanguage)
- Superpatch Sound.dkz

Step 4:
Start the Superpatch_0_text.dkz by double click on the file.
Go to: Patch --> Apply Patch in Folder

Select yours/dat files where the Game one installed and click OK: Default is:
C:\Program Files\Konami\Pro Evolution Soccer 5\dat

Now, the Patch are updated your Original 0_text.afs - Wait until it is finshed

It is finshed you will see this:

Close DKZ Studio

Do exactly the same for the other Files:
- Superpatch_e_text.dkz (or other g,i,s,f for your motherlanguage)
- Superpatch_e_sound.dkz (or other g,i,s,f for your motherlanguage)
- Superpatch Sound.dkz

Step 5: Copy the Optionsfile in:

c:\document &Settings\USER\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 5\save\folder1

Step 6: Copy the new PES 5.exe(Original) over the old one if you want have the Teamnames for Online Matches

Start your Game & Enjoy: Easy eh ?
