Program to read team bins on PC

Hello, apologies if this has been answered before, but is there a programme that will 'open' a team .bin file (for ps4) on the PC and view stats etc dor indovidual players within that file? I had a go earlier, but wasn't sure if I was using the right tools. Any help much appreciated.

Try a hex editor, or bin decompiler like the ones used to create faces for PC (I don't have the names of the program at hand, just google it)
