(PS2) 2 questions regarding online co-op...

Hi guys,

My first post! A couple of questions:

1) What combination of players can be in an online game? Can you have all of the following:

1v1, 1v2, 2v2, 1v3, 2v3, 3v3, 3v4, 4v4

2) In regards to online co-op, can you only team up with someone playing on the same machine as you in your living room or, for example, can you and 3 mates play 2v2 from the comfort of your own homes? Basically can you team up with your mate in another village, city, country, etc. get my drift?

I always thought that it had to be 1 v 1 or 1 v 2 or 2 v 2 (this is ps2s and not people as you can have 2 people per ps2) however I had a game where it was 3 v 1, not sure if there as been an upgrade as previous attempts at this only caused the game to return to the room, the only other answer could be that the single PS2 had 2 people playing.

so below may show possible combinations as far as I know

I think that is it, I have missed out the obvious reverse setups
