[PS2] option file max to bin/cue

there is someway to convert option file from .max to .bin and cue format?
or if i will upload my version someone change it
because i dont have a max-drive and im out of cds/dvds and guide will not so help me because my english isnt very good!

can u tell me how to burn bin/cue file because when i burnt it with dvd decrypter but my modded ps2 is not reading it...
