PS2 for games and PC for Apps, unless your playing 1st person shooters then I would suggest PC.

I have PES3 on both platforms.
They play almost identically, but the graphics look a bit crap on the PS2 because of the low resolution. It also plays a little bit faster (and smoother) on my PC..but I do have a monster machine
note:.. i have the PLAY.com PS2 to PC USB gamepad adapter.
