PS2 PES5 Need registration setting up

Can some kind sole please help me by registering a user for PES5 on the PS2 as I am unable to this. After a lengthy(and costly!) discussion with konami help centre, they were unable to say why this occurs but says it does happen. The easiest way is to get someone else top set a username and password up for me on another machine, but then use it on mine.
