[PS2] & [PSP] JoeH's PES 2009 Option File V4.1 - Now with Bin/Cue!

It's good idea, but I have only PSP, so I can't edit, because i have nothing to test and convert PS 2 OF. And I don't think other two can do it, I don't even know them.

You don't need a PS2, you download my file (PS2) open it in the editor, then do all the changes (player names, stats, team names, emblem etc.) then save it, send it to me, I will make it into a PSP version, then you can open it on your PSP, edit all the appearences then send it to me to make into a PS2 version.

Then you will have PSP & PS2 versions. Very easy.

And you don't need to know them, they can just help a bit. So you do some teams and they do some. Then you just send it back and forth to edit.

And with the editor, you can simply copy someone elses work over. So say he had completed Dynamo Moscow, you can use the editor to overwrite some of your players with his new ones. Fast and easy.

Tagtog created Al-Ahly very quickly using only his PSP. Faster than me creating Reading with a PS2, PSP and PC lol.

And he did a good, accurate job with little mistakes.

Ok, maybe we try to do it (I'm gonna talk to other two or I gonna ask some of my friends to help). But I can't do full kit's, because in PSP version of PES 2009 I can't place team's logo and sponsor's logo on the kit (also i can't edit many things) (i mean in-game editor).

The kits can be done on PSP. The emblems and logo's can be imported and assigned using the editor.

But you will need the used of a PS2, or someone with a PS2 to put the logos on the strips. If I know exactly what to do, I can help out.

Does this option file work on firmware 3.71 m33-3? Everytime i load in a option file, the 'file is corrupted' sign always appear. if your file does not support my firmware, can u please upload one that works with it?

It has Zenit St. Petersburg, Spartak Moskva & CSKA Moskva.

Will probably have to add Rubin Kazan (think that's right) as I believe they are current champions and therefore will be in the champions league next season.

You could work together with the other two to create a russian / and or Ukrainian option file. It isnt hard, you can use mine as a base, then overwrite my english teams or whoever you like with your teams.

Most of the work can be done on PC using a PES Editor. So you can edit team names, emblems, player stats, names and numbers. But you cannot edit appearences, that has to be done in game.

You can find player stats on pesstatsdatabase.com if your not sure on some players.

Also Tagtog, why don't you create some Egyptian teams or Arabian teams option file like Daivart did, you can do most of it in the editor, then you can send it to me and I will make it a PSP version then you can do the appearences and kits. It really isn't hard and you would be saved a lot of time because i've done a lot of work already.

And you can use Daivart's old file as help as well as pesstatsdatabase.com

And if you do the rest of the teams half as quick as you did Al-Ahly, you'll be done in no time.

If anyone chooses to follow this idea, then your best off waiting until my next update comes out first as it will be more correct than the current one.

Damn, I can't find stats for ukrainian players.
I find OF for PC with Ukrainian League, can I take some stats from it?

Use pesstatsdatabase.com for as much as you can, then really just make the rest up with your own knowledge or opinions, I'm sure people will say whether it's too much or not enough, and as there isn't another Ukrainian or Russian file i'm sure no one will dispute you.

Remember to check national teams for existing players as you don't want doubles.

I don't find any of ukrainian players stats on pesstatsdatabase.com, so i will use some stats from my opinion and stats from Ukrainian League OF for PC. And I have all team logos for ukrainian teams. I will replace French League 1. It will be 16 Ukrainian League teams, CSKA Moscow, Spartak, Zenit and BATE. Something like Ex-USSR League. And i will replace some teams with original, because it will be not enough space for the logos.

Make sure that you delete the emblems you won't be using, as you will need the space, you can get rid of the Standard Liege one if you need to as they have a default one already on the game.

Also, you will need to make all logo's 16 colour rather than 128 colour. 128 colour emblems take up 2 spaces and 16 colour only take up one. So you can have a lot more if you use 16 colours. I have some, so when you need me to convert it, I will add the 16 colour ones. I ave a lot, that includes, all english teams, some Spanish teams and more.

Cristiano92's Bundesliga file has many 16 colour emblems, more Spanish ones than on mine, worth a look.

I had a look at pesstatsdatabase.com, although I only really know Metalist Kharkiv and Shakhtar Donetsk, I only saw Shakhtar Donetsk stats.

Ok, so I just need to make all emblems 16-color and I don't need to replace teams with original ones, really ease. But the hardest work is appereances, I can't do all of them.

Well yeah basically, but I would go over my teams before you go over French teams, I'm replacing the Eredivise with mostly English (division 2 for ML) and German teams, leaving Ajax, PSV, AZ, Feyenoord, Herenveen and Groningen though.

So if you overwrite the teams I create (as I assume you wouldn't be interested), you can replace the emblems over mine, and save space. Then just add the rest of the teams over either the rest of Dutch teams or whatever.

Apperences aren't that hard, best thing to do for now is too just use preset faces that look similar (as in number 156 of skin 1 etc.)

Once you have done everything, you can come back to it and put in more work if you're not happy.

Most important thing is the stats and how the teams look. Because that's what is mainly seen on the screen.

I cannot do these myself, but the best thing to do is ask in the editing page how to do it. They are more than 128 colours, so i cannot import them the way I would.
