PS2 User registration: communication error?

Hello, I'm from ireland and want to play pes6 online.

The game goes through the dnas check and the connection check, but when i go to User registration, first it says i'm connected and gives me notices about server maintanence at certain times etc, tells me i'm online and then it says "Communication error"

Is it possible to play online in ireland?

Or am i doing something wrong?

It's ok now, the problem was the time and date on my ps2 were wrong.

Do you have a chipped ps2/ are you playing a coppied game?
I'd say that would be the reason for a dnas error...
