As far as i know, there is no online play in WE8 for PS2.

no you cant play online with Evo4 or WE8 as to my knowledge.
there may be a way though but i very much doubt it.

no online play for we8 on ps2. there will be online play for we8: liveware released in japan on march 3rd, but its unlikely you would be able to get it working online in the UK. pes4 on xbox and pc are both online.

PES4 on xbox and PC = online yes.
Those are the only ones so far.

There is no WE8 for xbox or pc.
No patches can magically "make" a game work online.
