Hi,
I have a Ps2 and have recently got 4 my b,day pes 2009.
I hate the unofficial kits and saw on the forums that you could download option files to change the kits etc.
Could you tell me is a max drive worh buying and is it illegal to download other files and would u need a modded/chipped ps2 4 it 2 work.

I've used the max drive in the past to transfer an updated option file. Not illegal as it's just an edited option file - you could do it all yourself ingame, this just saves a hell of a lot of time as someone else has done it all. You don't need a chipped PS2, just download the option file to a pc, and transfer it using the max drive.
