easy way to correct problem with player faces

hey guys,

i came across an easy way to get all of the default player appearances in the pategato & goalgerd World Soccer v.1 option file, so i figured i'd share it with you all. however, if some one already mentioned this, please forgive me.

with the pategato & goalgerd World Soccer v.1 option file saved on one memory card, save the default, untouched option file onto another memory card. have the pategato & goalgerd World Soccer v.1 option file in the 1st memory card slot and the default, untouched option file in the 2nd memory card slot. start the game up and go to edit under the we pes 2007 main menu. from there go to:

1.) save data management
2.) edited data manager
3.) load
4.) player data
5.) all teams
6.) parameters
7.) copy

once this is complete, you should have all of the kits, player names, team names, etc. from the pategato & goalgerd World Soccer v.1 option file but with all of the default faces.

as a said above, if any one already mentioned this...sorry. if not, good luck and enjoy.

That's the method we used to fix part of the bug in our V.1, interesting idea, however, if you default all faces in game, this will include players in league C, this means, we'll have a big bunch of identical, baldie guys, in those teams, it's a great method though, worth a try.

First of all, thanks for the brilliant work this is the best option file ever, i got the PES6 version !

Can someone send the ".iso" file? I don't use the Max Drive =\

Please keep the Corinthians on the V2, if u want i could make the faces and strips of the brazilian teams (Corinthians, Santos e São Paulo) better !

Big up mate

Hey pategato,
I've finished updating the appearances of about half of the classic players in the game . I used one of the editing guides here and on PESfan to accomplish this. I should be finished with it really soon. If you would like to import my appearances into your optionfile let me know, I will send you a copy. I also, made my own edited boots which surprisingly turned out really well. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help improve version 2.

Hello Madfla,

Exactly that the Pategato does not use the faces that you created, would be interesting for the majority of user them that you it made uploud the archive that OF for all could confer its work, congratulations for the initiative, you obtained to edit the face of the Romario player of Brazil?

Thank's

Zelão

Sure, if Pategato chooses not to use the classic edits I've done, I'll post an optionfile with them in it. That way people can import them into their own files.

I like the teams that are added in this optionfile, I can't wait for this to be finished! I wonder if he will be updating the all the international teams?

That's great Mad Flava, of course we'll be using your edits, just one question, you're using any preset faces in your classic players?

has anyone tried to make a Puma template kit edit in WE:pES 2007? cant find the right back arch in the back for teams like Tottenham and the african nations kits. I've edited Chelsea and some national teams but those have adidas templetes.

pategato,

you bring up a good point. i didn't check the appearances for players in league c. i only checked the players on a couple of the epl teams (arsenal, man u, chelsea).

however, this can be fixed using the same method that i described above.

after you have followed the steps that i mentioned above, delete the untouched, default option file from your 2nd memory card and upload onto that memory card the pategato & goalgerd World Soccer v.1 option file with the messed up faces. with the somewhat fixed pategato & goalgerd World Soccer v.1 option file in the 1st memory card slot and the pategato & goalgerd World Soccer v.1 option file with the messed up player faces in the 2nd memory card slot go to edit under the we pes 2007 main menu. then go to:

1.) save data management
2.) edited data manager
3.) load
4.) player data
5.) single team
6.) parameters
7.) copy (each individual team in league c)

once this is complete, you should have all of the correct appearances created for players in league c. i haven't tried this yet myself but i am pretty sure that it would work. the only difference between this method and the last method i mentioned is that you have to copy each team in league c individually.

one thing that i hate out PES 2007 is that you only have 18 "special hairsyles" to choose from. The rest of the hair choices are nappy ass hair.

that is what I am talking about. Konami couldn't have messed up North American players better than they already have.
is there anyway we can unlock more special hairstyles like in PES6?

League C is messed up regardless of this.

Ive been trying to make a Ukraine national kit but its really hard. I know that Real Zaragoza have the exact same kit design but its not possible to get that in edit mode.
