How can I search if there is an update by Konami? I know there isn't one yet, but I can't find the option....in PES 2010 it was under system settings, where u could go to "download" or something...
how do we do this in PES 2011??

It's still there. yesterday I got somewhere in system settings or was it in Edit mode??! Can't exactly remember where but I m 100% sure i found it. really trust me, it's in there!

tonight will check again where it was...

when i got the promo game last week, it was ver. 1.00, then one day out of the blue, i booted up the game, and before i could get into the game modes, a sign in the middle of the screen came up and said there was an update for the game, and did i want to update? after i clicked yes, it did the rest for me - which in turn, gave me ver. 1.01 and online capabilities, so i assume, any other updates will be the same...

no, thats a completely different thing... that also happened with PES 2010... something like a firmware version or something..

the updates we are talking about here are player stats and transfers, and other game add ons..... like and edit option file....its done from within the game
