For some reason my game keeps freezing at either the fitst loading screen (right after the PS3 splash sceen) or right after loading the system/data. All my other games work 100% fine. The PES disc doesn't have any scratches either. Anyone out there having the same problems.

Have u added any Option files or uploaded any Updates??? Or even any Music files??? Something Maybe interfering?!?!?

im having the same issues, now it happens alot during match highlights when my custom playlist will start. so its most likely the custom playlists.
listen to this, SO typical of pes, smh:
i get my first career start in become a legend, a wing back for genoa fc, my first career start is against inter, and i have my first career goal in it as well. im prettu much having the best game in my career, we end up losing since it was the 2nd leg of the cup match and inter wins 3-2 with goal total. and when i go see my rating which i predicted would be in the 7's, the game freezes on me. my patience is running thin with this game, i dunno if i can keep supporting something i love if it wont love me back. and dont even get me started about the online mode

Turned out to be the playlist. But for some odd reason the game won't load past the first loading screen if the TV is on the PS3 source. Which means I have change the channel for about a minute or so before I go back to A/V. WTF Konami!!!!!!!

this makes sense mine freezes in the load up screen constantly like ill pop the game in the playstation name will flash up then boom 5-10 seconds later it freezes! it could be the chant pack that i am using then i think. because everyone else who has used my option file hasnt really had any problems that i know of

nah above you said you loaded a playlist...if we are thinking its the playlist...then what was on the playlist maybe that can help us...i certainly hope its not my option file
