is there an PS3 OF editor available?

i am looking to combine areas and teams from a few of the option files i have, if there is not an editor is there a way of converting PS2 OFs to PS3 format

I know for sure that theres no PES09-PS3 Editor for PC.
But i im just wondering if someone is gonna create one or what?

I remember for PES08-PS2 there were an Editor you could use..
so you loaded up your OF, from your PS2 memory card, on your PC and worked that way around.
It was a great feature cuz its much easier to edit/add/remove the things you want on the PC :)

I think his point is that he knows a kid called Tommy who is scared of Jesus. That or it's a bunch of spam. Prefer to think it's the first one though
