PS3 ONLINE how do you obtainb a PASSWORD

I couldn't register using my PS3 and I kept trying for days, but I was able to register from my PC from here:

In the case

When you buy your copy of PES2008, look in the case at the back of the manual, you'll find it there. This obviously means if you've "purchased"/acquired it online then tough luck.
